full circle skirt of satin lined with crinoline to give the dress maximum fullness. Then has multi layers of crinoline and finally lined with cotton. 
comes with removable bow. This dress does not have a petticoat under it really is that full! 

please note. As with all our occasion tulle dresses they need to be steamed upon arrival. This dress due to the many layers will have creases in the crinoline from that needs to be steamed (or low heat iron with a towel over if you don’t have a steamer) to remove the creases for the maximum fullness.
